Well we're back and writing again. Our fan(s?) kept nudging us to blog again and we were a little afraid to disappoint them (her).

I know it's taken us a while to update. You may think that that's because we've been really busy with school or field work or just generally having a good time. Allow me set you straight. It's because we got back to Cleveland in January and then nothing happened for about 3 months...
Mercifully in March, Molly and Chloe showed up on our doorstep to brighten up our gray Cleveland days. I was a little worried about Chloe adjusting to the new place, but she promptly made herself at home by marking her territory on our bed with her naked bottom and stealing Nicholas' stuffed animals.

On Molly and Chloe's first day in the Cleve we went to the Children's Museum in the morning. Chloe took to the water table at the museum like a duck to...whatever a duck takes to.
She even let Uncle Nicholas play a little bit too
After we dragged Nicholas away from the water table, we went up to the small childrens' room, which is specially designed for the little 'uns. We managed to keep busy in there for a while. Chloe occupied herself harvesting chicken eggs, driving the car, bogarting all of the oversized stuffed animals, and repeatedly toppling the tower that poor Nicholas kept trying to build. What a bully she is!

Sad to have lost her prey |
After the museum we feasted on crocodile and fresh fries and took our naps.
Post-nap we took Chloe to a local and not-at-all frightening park where she showed no fear and climbed on everything, even the highest slide.

Just in case the day hadn't been over-stimulating enough, when we got home we had a sidewalk chalk extravaganza!

We all slept well that night!!
On day two we took Molly and Chloe to the Cleveland Zoo. Below you can see them looking at the "hoala" and admiring the poorly contained kangaroos.
Oh, and here's a monkey butt.

Ya know, just 'cause. |
On day three Molly and Chloe left and then we went back to doing pretty much nothing.
Oh, and we love Cleveland now and are never going to leave!
DUH! That last part was clearly April Fools
